Glance Through the Bible
The Bible contains a total of 66 books. There are 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 in the New. Having a broad overview of what these books tell us is the key to understanding God's Word.
- Genesis
This book of beginning opens with God creating the world. Mankind is the crown of God?s glory - made in His image. God places the Man and Woman, known as Adam and Eve, in charge of the Garden of Eden with clear instructions on what not to do. - Exodus

Israel is now a new nation. A people of God. After spending so many years in slavery they need to be told how to live. In Leviticus God gives them 5 offerings and 7 feasts they need to keep. He also gives them laws to live by.
